GRATEFUL

I've learned that maintaining a grateful heart is one of the main components of a happy life. Sometimes life can get difficult, and it can really start to weigh down on us. When life does get tough (which it will) I want to try to focus on the good that happens each day rather than the negative.

Here is my "Grateful Log" in which I record at least 3 things I'm grateful for each day:

NOVEMBER 2016

11.01.2016 - people (especially admire guys) who take time to go play games at the nursing home for an hour, laughter, pink starburst jamba juice
11.02.2016 - institute, sisters that can braid hair well enough that it lasts 3 days (yes, I did have the same braids three days straight - no judging), missionary emails. loooooove those missionary emails.
